Your mission

Own everything that happens after data acquisition: turn raw, sometimes contradictory data into a single source of truth, enrich it, and ship it to product, while keeping the database fast and the infrastructure healthy. You're the technical reference point for the data platform.

Ideal profile

• Serious SQL: you can read and reason about indexes, partitioning, JSONB and performance.
• Production data pipeline experience with an orchestrator (Prefect/Airflow/Dagster).
• Builder by default: you see a manual process and your first instinct is to automate it.
• You are not an IC, you want to come and build your team.

What you'll actually do

• Own merge, dedup and reconciliation of tenders
• Run AI enrichment: requirement extraction via batch LLM, embeddings, OCR integration.
• Own delivery to product (sync, RLS, customer-perceived freshness).
• Keep PostgreSQL fast and healthy: query plans, indexes, JSONB, bloat, CONCURRENTLY migrations, capacity.
• Coordinate with the infra team

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in data
